Ramona Jensen

Moni was born on January 18, 1948 in Vancouver, Washington to George McLean and Vernetta Jones. There she graduated from high school.

Moni married John Jensen on October 19, 1970 in Elko, Nevada. They moved to Longmont, CO in 1977. Her biggest joy was bowling, participating locally, statewide and nationally in tournaments. She enjoyed her road trips to these tournaments with her sister.

Surviving are her husband of John Jensen of Longmont; three sons John W. Jensen of Reno, Nevada; Steven Jensen of Longmont and Cameron (Susan) Jensen of Colorado Springs; a sister Jody (Wayne) Johnson of Longmont and a granddaughter Sheianne Kay Lynn Jensen of Reno.

Visitation hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 7, and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Friday at the Howe Mortuary, Longmont. A cremation will follow the visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post #32, 315 S. Bowen St., Longmont, CO 80501.

Contributions may be made to either the Charity of Donor’s Choice or the American Legion Auxiliary, in Ramona’s memory and mailed to Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman St. Longmont, CO.
