Robert Orlando Casias

Robert Orlando Casias was born on May 30, 1947 in Walsenburg, Colorado and passed away on October 20, 2018. He will be remembered for his loving and caring demeanor, his laughter and welcoming nature. Uncle Bob loved fishing, gambling and he loved his Bronco’s.

He is survived by two sons Joseph Casias and Claudio (Angela) Casias, step son Danny Trujillo, step daughter Mona Salazar as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also leaves behind two brothers Leonard Casias and Henry (Vickie) Casias, four sisters Geri Cruz, Joyce (Jesus) Garcia, Rena (Lovenzo) Mata and Nancy (Pablo) Bustillos. He is also survived by countless nieces and nephews. Uncle Bob was loved by many.

He was preceded in death by his wife Victoria, parents Ray and Loretta Casias, sons Ray Casias, Henry Casias and Bobby Casias, brother Leroy Casias and by many uncles and aunts.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. followed by Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Howe Mortuary in Longmont. A Time of Prayer will be held on Friday, October 26th at 2:00 p.m. at Howe Mortuary followed by inurnment at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
