My deepest sympathy to your family. Ruthy and I were friends from the time we could walk. She lived across the street from my Grandma's house and we played together all of the time.  As we grew up and sometimes apart, Ruthy was always kind to me and we always looked out for each other.  She had the most incredible laugh and it would just light up the room and make you laugh with her.  As I type this, there are so many wonderful memories that are flooding my mind about her, it's overwhelming and I'm not able to express or put into words what a beautiful, intelligent, sweet and loving person she was. I am a better person for having known her. My prayers are with your entire family and friends.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Ruth was such an amazing person; I was always in awe of her upbeat attitude, sense of humor, and strength as she fought this battle. And I always looked forward to getting her e-mails and learning what her family was up to. She had such strength, courage, and dignity; she was truly an example to any of us fortunate to have known her. She was a beautiful person and I know God has something very special he needs her to do from heaven. My prayers are with your family, and I know that like Ruth, you will have the strength as a family to help each other through. Having grown up with Ruth is definitely one of the great benefits of having lived in Raton. May your family have peace.

I lost a friend today, God took her away, she went to be an Angel through the eyes of God. I knew she would make a excellent Angel, that was her quest. to be the best at everything she had done in her wonderful life,, i send all my prayers to the family, and to Ruth who someday i hope to see again,, ill never forget lunch it was a blast love always Brenda Gordon

I never got to meet you, but I knew your mom well when she was young like you.  From Brownies through graduation she was the truest friend I’ve ever known.   She went on to big adventures on the West coast and I had my adventures in Colorado, NM, OK and TX. (the other 4 corners)  I know you miss her terribly, but know that this is also a time to rejoice.  When the pain subsides remember the lessons she taught you and the ones she lived out in her own life.  Her kindness, zeal for life, determination, honesty, and the support she gave to her friends will be carried on through your lives and those of her grandchildren to come.

Mr. and Mrs. Arrington, (I still too shy to call you Jim & Emma),  thank you for raising a spectacular girl! Thank you for being involved in her and her friends’ lives.  From Brownies, to boys, to an expensive vet bill; your daughter looked after me like I looked after her in Jr. High.   My deepest sympathy to you also.

I am so sorry to hear about Ruth Ann, I remember the girls as children and how they played all together. I forwarded the obituary to my daughter Wendie. My family had known Ruth for about 6 1/2 years. She was the first speech therapist for my son, Nicholas Hall. Ruth was one very special lady. I'm so sorry to the family for the loss of someone so young and so very special. Rest in Peace, Ruth. We will remember you always! All our love, the Hall family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother made a big impact in so many lives. Her huge heart,wonderful laugh, and positive uplifting spirit made people's souls dance! She was loved by so many. She loved children-- and always saw their uniqueness, beauty, and light. She was a God-send to me--as my son's teacher from when he was 2 to 6,and like a younger sister to me. She was part of my family, my friend,my heart.
 I remember when both of you were born--she was a fantastic mother. We even had daughters at the same time!
I have so many special memories of your mom.She was my angel..God's miracle to so many!

I only knew Ruth for a short while, but it made me richer for it. She loved her family very much, wanting to make things easier for them.  She was a kind person, always thinking of others.  She suffered alot, and is suffering no more.

We will all miss Ruth, she touched so many people in her life and her loss will be felt by all. Dear Ruthie, we were very lucky and greatful to have such a wonderful wonderful lady/sister like you in our lives! Lexi and Mitch, your mom was one in a million and she will forever hold a place in my heart.  She was always the most positive person I knew and would do anything to help someone in need.  I am sorry for you loss and sorry that I cannot be there on Thursday, but I hope to see you all on Friday.  Chuck, I am glad that she had you and the kids through all of her fight.  She will be missed dearly.  Please know that the gang from NM loved her dearly and send prayers of strength for you through this time.

Ruth was such a lovely patient. She loved her children and husband a great deal which was evident when talking with her. I was honored to be her nurse for a short time. She was a remarkable lady.

Dearest Chuck and Family of Ruth, I want to share with you my deepest sympathy at this time of great loss.  I was one of Ruth's caregivers at the Hope Cancer Care Center.  She touched my life is ways I can't describe with words.  In our conversations about you and your children she beamed with love and admiration of each of you.  She inspired me with her strengths and perseverance.  I remember her doing homework with the kids over the phone from her hospital bed and how excited she was to be able to be at home with each of you.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
