Stephanie Marie Jones

Stephanie Marie Jones, 21, of Longmont, died February 15, 2017 at Longmont United Hospital. She was born August 4, 1995 in Louisville, CO to Penny A. (Heine) and Mark A. Jones. She was a 2014 graduate of Longmont High School and had attended both Johnson and Wales University and Front Range Community College where she studied criminal justice, in hopes of one day being a victim’s advocate.

Stephanie loved writing, telling jokes, singing and dancing like nobody’s watching, and could often be found pursuing her outdoor passions of archery, fishing and swimming.

She is survived by her parents Mark and Penny Jones, her brother Andrew Jones, her sister Missy Jimenez (Matt), and her niece Lydia, all of Longmont. She is further survived by her grandfather Lyle Jones and her aunt Kim Wright (Kelley) of Lebanon, OH and her uncle Nick Jones of Hillsboro, OH. There are many other extended family members across the country that will mourn her loss.

Preceding Stephanie in death are her Grandmother Joyce Jones, and Great Grandmothers Lylis Jones and Clara Nachtwey.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Howe Mortuary Chapel in Longmont. Services will conclude at the Chapel.
