Stephen 'steve' Meredith

Stephen D. ""Steve"" Meredith of Niwot, Colorado, passed away at his home on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. He was 59 years old.Steve was born June 6, 1949 to Bill and Shirley Meredith in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from Central High School and then attended Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Steve served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1970 to 1972.On March 23, 1971, Steve married Jeanie McCaddon in Boulder, Colorado. He worked at the McCaddon car dealership in Boulder for 35 years. Steve was well loved as a son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was the nicest person you will ever meet and his memory will always bring a smile.Steve is survived by his wife, Jeanie Meredith; his children, Molly (Travis) Shew, Katy (Chris) Klein, Andy Meredith, and Joe (Fanny) Meredith; six grandchildren, Jack and Tom Shew, Sam and Tess Klein, and Anyeli and Jason Meredith; two brothers, Mike Meredith, and Scott Meredith, and their families.
