

Susan A. Pearson, beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully at her home in Niwot, Colorado on November 29, 2015. She was born to the late Lee and Aletha Pearson on March 30, 1959 in Wray, Colorado.
Susan graduated from Longmont High School in 1977. After graduation, Susan was employed doing credit and collections work for various companies. She recently joined the BCH Credit Team and was thoroughly enjoying her job and co-workers.
Family was always important to Susan. She enjoyed time with her nieces and nephews, and in recent years, with the great nieces and nephews. She was often accused of being a bad influence on the young ones with her playful ways, and her laugh and humor were infectious to all who were with her.
Susan also enjoyed traveling, taking trips in recent years to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Iceland as well as throughout Colorado and Nebraska. She had an adventurous spirit, and was always willing to try new things. Susan also enjoyed attending FACE concerts, the theatre and sporting events. Her true passion were the Colorado Mammoth indoor lacrosse games that she attended cheering loudly for her favorite team.
Susan is survived by her siblings Leonard Pearson (Ellie) of Fort Collins, Sister-In-Law Janet Pearson, Deloris Meyers (LeRoy), Nancy Trevarton (Dale), Kathy Pearson & Cheryl Pearson; her beloved nephews and nieces, Robert, Kirk, Daniel, Kirsten, Shelly, Darian, Donn and Shannon; as well as the precious great nieces and nephews, Connor, Alex, Andrew, Jordan, Rylan, Owen, Colin, Milton, Greg, Emily and Lauren. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her brother, Bernard Pearson.
Susan will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Visitation will take place, Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman Street in Longmont. A celebration of her life will be held at Howe Mortuary Chapel on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 11:00, with a reception following at the Moose Lodge, 2200 Pratt Street in Longmont.
