
THOMAS L. BOATWRIGHT, 59, of Keenesburg, CO passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on January 21, 2011. He was born September 6, 1951 in Jackson, Missouri, the son of William Troy and Mary E. Boatwright. He was preceded in death by his brother Kenny Boatwright. He is survived by his daughters April McClafferty, husband Brian, Holly McDaniel, husband Rusell Montoya, Wendy Boatwright, fiance David Babin and son Jeffrey Boatwright; brother Randall Boatwright, wife Danielle, sister Pamela Koch, husband Alan, and six grandchildren; Ashley, Tyler, Austin, Meghan, Aiden, and Joshua as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. His greatest gift was his warm and caring heart and his kindness to others. A Veteran of the United States Navy, a patriot of America, the Chief Steward of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union #111 and a volunteer fire fighter of the Prospect Valley Fire Department for many years. He was a kind and loving husband, dad and grandpa to his family, and a friend to everyone who knew him. He greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing and many other outdoor activities, was an avid sports enthusiast, and greatly cherished spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM January 29, 2011, at Power Invasion Ministries Church, 455 South Platte Drive, Denver, CO with reception following the service.
