Thomas James O'Neill

Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He was born in Rochester, New York to James and Anne O'Neill. He attended Irondequoit High School where he graduated on June 27, 1972.

Tom and his two boys moved to Longmont, Colorado in 1994 where he worked logistics until his accident in 2013.

He enjoyed being in the mountains, hiking, martial arts, fly fishing, and spent a lot of time in the gym talking to people. Prior to his injury, Tom loved buffets, especially seafood, BBQ and Chinese food.

Tom is survived by his two beloved sons, Timothy (Heidi), three grandchildren Shaylee 18, Conor 16, Owen 13. Jeffrey (Rujira), two grandchildren Scarlett 4, Donovan 1. His sister Patricia (Steve) as well as many friends and caregivers that came to know and love him.

A Catholic funeral service for Thomas will be held on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Howe Mortuary & Crematory located at 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colorado. A brief time for visitation & open sharing will follow the service. A reception will be held at the family home on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Tom will be laid to rest at Foothills Gardens of Memory privately.
