Thomas A. Wagner

Thomas A. Wagner of Thornton, CO, formerly of West Covina, CA, went to be with the Lord February 8, 2017. Tom was born January 14, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Earl and Martha (Green) Wagner. Tom was blessed to be married to the love of his life, Patricia Friedman on July 24, 1953 and they enjoyed 63 years together. Tom graduated from Wickliffe H.S. in Ohio Class of 1953, and in 1955, he and Pat moved to West Covina, CA. In 2000, they moved to Colorado to be near their children. Tom enjoyed a career of more than 40 years in the graphics and printing industry in Southern California. Tom and Pat served as Scout Master and Den Mother raising 2 Eagle Scouts and a 1st class Girl Scout. Tom coached little league baseball and was proud to have been named PTA parent of the year at Pioneer Elementary. Tom will be remembered for his faith and humor. He inspired leadership during many happy camping adventures with his family and scout troops. Tom is survived by wife Pat, sons Dennis (Priscilla) Wagner - Colorado Springs, CO, Dave (Sheryl) Wagner - Longmont CO, Daughter Terri Wagner - Aurora, CO, 5 grandchildren, Haley, Austin, Jenna, Spencer, Skylar and 4 great grandchildren, Rowan, Londyn, Finley, Piper and Tom's sisters, June (Bud) Hauser - Mentor, OH, Jean Bonadio - Coral Springs, Florida, Betty (Wayne) Oinonen - Mentor, OH. A private service was held and Tom was laid to rest on February 14, 2017 at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
