

Victor Anthony Tony Blanco passed away May 15, 2016 at his residence. He was 41 years old.Tony was born September 20, 1974 in the Panama Canal Zone, Panama to Humberto and Haydee (Diaz) Blanco. He graduated from Coronado High School and went on to study at the University of Texas in El Paso and also at El Paso Community College. He became a Certified Open Heart Surgical Technician, First Assistant, and was known to be one of the very best in the country.On November 30, 2014, he married Melissa Marie Cress at Mark Twain Lake and National Forest in Monr City, Missouri. In 2015 the couple moved from Palmyra, Missouri to Denver.He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Ace Surgical Assistants Organization.Tony was an avid Broncos fan, loved music and dancing, traveling and spending time with his wife and children, enjoyed outdoor activities, loved cooking, was an amazing storyteller and was always ready to laugh.He is survived by wife, Melissa, sons, Anthony Joseph, Kenny, Andrew, Tyler, and daughter, Alona. His parents, Humberto and Haydee, brother, Larry Blanco, and two sisters, Haydee Needham and Sandra Tourtilott; father-in-law, Michael and mother-in-law, Janice Schwallenstecker. Also family in Panama who will miss him dearly.Visitation was held at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, Friday, May 20, 2016 from 6-8 PM and Mass was held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM, at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church.
