Vivian Lois Hickey

Vivian was born on July 3, 1937 in Somerset, Kentucky and was a longtime resident of Boulder, Colorado. She was a wife, mother, and grandmother who was proud to be a homemaker. Vivian loved children, cats, and books, and was a much-celebrated cook.

Vivian was preceded in death by her youngest son, Robert Gregory Michael. She is survived by her loving husband, Louis Hickey, her eldest son Rodney (Lois) Michael of Torrance, CA, and her granddaughters Danya and Shayna Michael both of Torrance, CA, as well as her sisters, Virginia Bullock of Somerset, KY, Joyce (Robert) Hansford of Dayton, OH, and Delores (Wendell) Meece of Somerset, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Darrell Howe Mortuary in Lafayette with visitation beginning at 9:30. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Howe Mortuary and Cremation services are handling arrangements.
