She was retired from Brown and Williamson, a member of Southwest Christian Church, Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 1181.
Preceded in death by husband, William Leroy Blair Sr.; daughters, Bonnie Jean Blair and Linda Lee Blair; and son, William Leroy Blair II.
Survivors include son, Tom Blair (Jill); brother, John Bohannon (Audrey); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Service will be noon Wednesday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3-8 p.m. and Tuesday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday.
Memorial contribution may be made to the Humane Society.
