Atkins 36 of Louisville passed away July 8 2019 at Jewish Hospital. He is preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Atkins.
Survivors include his loving wife Shannon, daughter Jennifer, brothers Jeremy and Steven, his father Terry Atkins as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Brad was an amazing husband and father and will be missed dearly by his family. Private family viewing Monday July 15. A separate memorial service will be planned at a later time.
