Charles Daniel Higgins, 62, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. He was a Catholic by faith. He was an Army Veteran. He is survived by his Sister, Mary K. Tinsley (James); Brother, William “Bill” Higgins (Pat); Aunt, Carolyn A. Lesher; Several nieces and nephews; His funeral service will be on Tuesday at 10am at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with burial following in Resthaven Memorial Park. His visitation will be on Monday from 3-8pm at the funeral home. “It was one Hell of a Ride”
