Dean was born January 15, 1959, in Jefferson County, Kentucky, the son of the late William Elmer WYATT and Rena Mae (Beasley) WYATT. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Robin Marie (Lamkin) WYATT, three stepdaughters, Isabella Starr EVANS ( to whom he assumed the role of a good father for the 18 years of her life; Rachel Jade LAMKIN, and Leah Marie (Tarter) PEREZ; two brothers, Michael WYATT (Susie), and Donald WYATT, and one sister, Patty WYATT.
Dean was employed by Louisville Gas & Electric Company where he retired in 2018. He was a member of Valley View Church in Valley Station, KY. He loved riding his motorcycle until he became too ill to do so. He and his long-time best friend, Bruce Peyton, took a motorcycle tour of the Southwest U.S. some years ago, and Dean spoke of that memorable time often.
A visitation for Dean will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home, Hardy Chapel, located at 10907 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY.
The funeral will follow at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Burial will take place after funeral at Bethany Cemetery, 10915 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY. 40272.
