Jeannie like to crochet with her yarn, loved to play Bingo, and spend time with her daughters, her grandchildren, and loved to pick on her son in laws.
She is proceded in death by her parents, Bernard Kraemer and Bessie Tindall, her son Austin Chase Emberton, and her sister Dorothy L. Floyd.
She was previously Married to Paul Emberton for 27 years, they remained friends even after going their own ways.
She is survived by her Children, Holly Wolford, Reba Devore, Travis Jordan, Bobby Devore, and James Wolford, 15 grandchildren, and her siblings, Debbie Wheat, Dora Stumph, Willie Smith, Deanna Logsdon & Darlene (sis) Chesher.
Jeannie was a wild and free spirit. She loved to joke around. Loved her job at H&S Hardware Store, and also her job at Brown Foreman. She loved her family, and her dog Jake.
She will be greatly missed by all family and friends, and all who loved her.
A visitation for Doris will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home- Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272, followed by a funeral from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
