Finley was a member of Cornerstone Community Church and was an alumni of Kentucky School for the Blind.
He is survived by his brother Jeff Jackson Sr. (Ann); nieces Amy Decker and Rhianna Jackson (Travis Kinslow), nephew Jeff Jackson Jr (Michelle); great niece Taylor Flores; great nephews Joseph Flores, Andrew Jackson, and Tevin Kinslow; and beloved caregiver Dolly Hash.
A funeral service for Finley will be held at 1:00 Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 5:30-8:00 pm Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
