He was a retired Concrete worker and graduated from Valley High School.
He was met at the gates of Heaven by his parents, Reuben and Theresa Wendl McMackins; brother, Reuben McMackins; and brother-in-law Mike Collard.
Harold leaves behind his children, Tara Smith, Amanda McMackins, Lavinda McMackins, Magen McMackins, and Rueben McMackins.; sisters, Sandra Collard, Judy Lingerfelt (Jim), Bonnie Grunder (Ron), Loretta Freimund (David).
He also leaves 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and good friends.

A funeral service for Harrold will be held on Friday at 12:00pm at Advantage Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Thursday form 3:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
