Michael T. Evans 52, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday October 23, 2019 after a short illness. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Judith Evans and a brother Critter.
He is survived by his wife Shavonne Evans five children Emily, Mallory, Isaiah, Noah and Jonah Evans, siblings; Nick, Chucky, Theresa and Donna. Michael chose cremation, his memorial visitation will be Saturday October 26, 2019 at advantage funeral home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy from 2-5 P.M
