She was a member of the old Penile Church of the Nazarene.
Mildred was preceded in death, by her husband, William L. Hawkins; and son, Douglas W.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty Earley (Michael), Shirlene Edwards and Melissa Glancy (Jim); son, Bobby Hawkins (Stacy); brother, James T. Blevins; sister, Patsy Albright; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Her service will be on Saturday, 1 p.m. at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will Be on Friday from 3-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m., Saturday till time of service.
