Sharon Ann Bolton (68) passed on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Sharon was born October 18, 1955, in Louisville Kentucky, to Gerald and Mary Ann Bolton. She grew up in Louisville and as an adult moved around the country living in multiple states and cities. Sharon was a daughter, sister, friend, wife and above all, a mother. She was a caring and nurturing person who would do what she could for anyone who was in need. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart, and she loved even those who were not her blood. If Sharon claimed you as hers, you were hers and she loved you fiercely and deeply. According to her, her greatest accomplishments were her children, even though her children might say otherwise. Teaching her children and grandchildren how to do something, like crochet, was something she cherished and loved. She would stop what she was doing to take a call or chat or make meatballs and dump cake for her family. Sharon also loved to sew and loved sitting with her grandchildren to work on a project or come up with a project. In her younger days, Sharon traveled the country [for work] often taking her children with her. Life was an adventure with her, and she cherished the small things. Though not perfect, she did what she could to make the best of anything. She would tell us all now not to “fuss” over her, but she knows none of us listen, and therefore we “fuss”. We will keep her with us, when we make a dump cake, or spaghetti and meatballs or when we eat chicken and dumplins with grape jelly, because that’s the way she did it. Her memory will continue through her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Sharon is serviced by her sons Paul Russell Streble Jr., Aaron Mathew Streble; her daughter, Stefanie Montgomery Jochums and Daughter-in-law Cara Whitney (Aaron). Sharon is survived by her grandchildren, Haley Jo, Kadeisha Ann, Felicia Brook, Trevor Mekai, Cash McClane, Abigail Juanita, Jameson Patrick and Lucas Jochums. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Lily, Adin, Jackson, Sadi, Olive; her brother Terry; and her sisters Deborah and Beverly. Sharon is surpassed by her parents Gerald Bolton Sr., Mary Ann Bolton and brother Gerald (Jerry) Bolton Jr.
