Billy was a former mechanic with Gilbert and Mitchell. Billy is survived by his wife Michelle his two children Jordan Higgins, Joshua Kanauz, parents William and Mary Lou, sister Monica "Higgins" Bolin (Charles) and his grandma Margaret Braden.
Visitation for Billy will be held Thursday May 30, 2019 at advantage funeral home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy. from 11 to 8 P.M with a family prayer to conclude the visitation. Billy choose cremation a committal service will be held at latter date.
