Betty Jean Goodwin

Services for Betty Jean Goodwin, 91, of Diboll will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park in Lufkin, Texas.

Betty was born October 9, 1930 in Rockdale, Texas to the late Willie Velta (Smith) and William H. Frazer. She passed away Friday, January 28, 2022 at a rehab facility in Sherman, Texas.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin Doolittle Jr. and wife Carlotta, Donald Doolittle and wife Kathy, Larry Doolittle and wife Barbie. Also surviving her are 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Bill Doolittle; brother, Charles Frazer; husbands, Lewis Wilkerson, and Thurman Goodwin.

Services have been placed in the trust of Gipson Funeral Home.
