Mrs. Outlaw was born April 3, 1950 in Conway, Arkansas, the daughter of Emily (Joyner) Wooley and the late Marion Wooley. She passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in a local hospice facility.
Mrs. Outlaw was a long time English teacher and an avid reader. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her dog, Precious.
Survivors include her son, Stephen Outlaw; mother, Emily Wooley; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Gary White; grandchildren, Wriley and Josie Cooper; brother-in-law, Stephen Outlaw; son-in-law, Lorin Cooper; and Sue Cooper.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Outlaw was preceded in death by her husband, Coach John Outlaw; and daughter, Joel Cooper.
