Joel Timothy Fellows was born January 23, 1953 in Cozad, Nebraska, the son of the late Arlene (Drake) and Darrell Fellows. He passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 in Lufkin.
Mr. Fellows loved fishing and leather working and enjoyed playing games on the computer. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during Vietnam, Desert Storm and the Gulf War and received numerous awards and medals.
Survivors include his daughter, Jodie Fellows; fiancé, Lisa Ebernickel; sisters, Pat France and Sandy Tappan; brother, Dick Fellows; sister, Sharon Nejedly; and brother Kevin Fellows.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, June Carpenter.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
