Kenneth Kennedy

Kenneth was a devoted son, father, brother, and grandfather. He was employed in the construction business as a carpenter/painter. He enjoyed fishing and loved the outdoors.

Survivors include his mother, Kathryn Kennedy of Lufkin; daughters, Kristy Kennedy of Lufkin, Amber Jones of Lufkin, and Alyce Kennedy of Nacogdoches; grandsons, Logan Randall, Landon Jones, and Jason Kennedy; granddaughters, Kennedy Randall, Chloe Jones, Kourtney Kennedy, and Brooklynn Roberts; sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Gaylon McClendon; sister, Kathy Kennedy Chatman; nieces, Lori Toombs, Lisa McClendon, and Melissa Klenk; nephews, David Massingill, Daniel Massingill, and Paul Massingill; mother of his children, Alesia Collier Kennedy; stepdaughter, Tyronda Dianne Lampkin; and a number of other family members.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, M. L. Kennedy; sister, Barbara Kennedy Miller; and nephew, Matt Miller.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Private graveside services for Kenneth will be held at a later date.
