LouRay Berry

Louray was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to be around people. She was an award winning bridge player; being A nationally rated. She also volunteered at the Angelina College Theater Group.

She is survived by her son, D. Berry and his partner, Dawn; grandchildren Layne and Myla Bell; and the family of Drew.

Louray is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Billye Marie York, and Marthalene Harrison; son, Drew Berry; and her husband, Agee Berry.

A visitation for Louray will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Gipson Funeral Home, 1515 S. Chestnut, Lufkin, Texas 75901, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.

Louray will be laid to rest in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park, 5205 S. First Street, Lufkin, Texas 75901.
