Patricia Ann Havard

Ms. Havard was born in Lufkin October 30, 1952 to the late Joe Kenneth Winthrop and Mary Elizabeth (Parker) Winthrop.

Ms. Havard was a cake decorator and baker for many years. She enjoyed creating beautiful works of art through her wedding and birthday cakes for her children, family, and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed writing poetry, painting, traveling, flying, dancing, fishing, hunting, and especially trips to the beach. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by husband Joe Hollingsworth of Hudson. Daughters Melisa Hollingsworth, Janet & Robert Russell both of Huntington. Son David Keith & Jeri Vail of Lufkin. Grandchildren Zachery & Jordan Goldberg of Pollock. Ashton Mott, Ricky & Rivers Ford of Lufkin. Taylor & Tanner Evett, Mason Dilday, and Allie Dilday all of Huntington. Great- grandchildren Kenzie, Kalli, Kooper, and Kaselyn Goldberg. Along with cousins, nieces, & nephews.

In addition to parents and siblings Ms. Havard is preceded in death by husband Randall Havard, daughter Kelly Hollingsworth, and son Dwayne Hollingsworth.

Pallbearers will be Zachery Goldberg, Mason Dilday, Ricky Ford, Logan Nair, Mason Nair, and Steven Hollingsworth.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Hollingsworth, David Keith Vail, Mickey Starling, and Tanner Evett.

The family would like to express sincere thanks and appreciation to all Harbor Hospice doctors, nurses, and staff for the excellent care and compassion given in the last several months. Also to her primary care physician of many years, Thank you!, you are exemplary and as all doctors should strive to be. May God bless all of you for the work you do every day.

The family will receive guests at Gipson Funeral Home in Lufkin on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

Patricia will be laid to rest at Tom Havard Cemetery in Zavalla.
