She was born to the late Greta and Ronald Horton Sr., October 9, 1969 and lived a joyful life thereafter.
Rhonda enjoyed and loved many things in her life such as her family and friends that she had meet in her life. It could be said that she never meet a stranger and everyone was a friend to her.
She enjoyed sewing and knitting things, loved reading and had a love for music, which she enjoyed to dance to.
She leaves behind to cherish her, a sister, Raquel Gilbert-Reaume of AZ, two brothers; Dunham Dewayne Horton of Lufkin and Richard Gilbert of AZ. Uncles, Dennis Horton, Donald Horton, and Mike Horton, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Larry Horton and Ronald Wayne Horton III.
A memorial service in her honor will be Thursday June 13, 2024 at Oakley Metcalf Funeral home at 6:00 p.m.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Oakley Metcalf Funeral Home.
