Memorial services for Ronald “Glenn” Carswell, 50, of Brandon, Mississippi will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Bailey officiating.
Glenn was born August 30, 1971 to Sandra (Miller) and Ronald Vaughan Carswell in Lubbock, Texas. He passed away on February 6, 2022 at his residence.
Glenn was a loving father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, and spouse. He loved hunting, fishing and loved to grill. He was an artist, who loved to paint and do woodcraft. He was an all-around handyman. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Among his many hobbies, one of his favorites was maintaining and caring for his saltwater and fresh water fish tanks.
He is survived by his son, Shooter Glenn Carswell and wife Ahna from Ocean Springs, MS; daughter, Lily Creager from Brandon, MS; mother, Sandra Carswell from Lufkin, TX; sister, Sonya Smith from Missouri; grandson, Sterling Glenn Carswell; nieces, Courtney and Christen Smith from Tennessee; and his loving partner, Mary Abt from Brandon, MS.
He is preceded in death by his father, and daughter, Senphonie Carswell.
Services have been placed in the trust of Gipson Funeral Home.
