

Born in Haverhill on Nov. 14, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Margaret (McLoughlin) Moore. She lived in Lynn for the greater part of her life.
Ada was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, 100% mother through and through. She was a sweet and gentle person who gave all and expected nothing in return. Everyone she met commented on her beautiful smile. She loved music, playing the piano, cooking and crocheting.
She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church and she loved her church.
She will be missed by all who met her, but especially missed by her children and grandchildren.
She leaves a son John Pappas, and two daughters Barbara Cefalo and Katherine Soucy all of Lynn, seven grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Bessie Pappas and sister of the late Arthur Moore, Bernice LeVangia and Ruth Demars.
A funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday at 11 AM, followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan Street, Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
