

Born in Lynn, Andrew was the son of the late Andrew and Catherine (Stahl) Millis. He attended Lynn Schools and was a lifelong resident of the city. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served his country during World War II. He retired from the Naval Reserves as a Chief Petty Officer.
Andrew retired from the G.E. Riverworks as a foreman, giving 39 faithful years of service. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a former communicant of St. Michael’s Church and a communicant of the Sacred Heart Church.
He leaves his children, Kathryn Millis of Lynn, Richards Millis of Magnolia, TX, Andrew Millis of Montesano, WA, and the late Cynthia Millis. He was the brother of the late Alfred and Edward Millis.
Andrew’s Funeral will be held from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St. LYNN on Thursday at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8PM.
