

Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Mary (Flaherty) Hogan. She graduated from Winchester High School and lived in Winchester before moving to Lynn over 40 years ago.
For many years she was a clerk at the former Rich’s Department Store in Salem and previously worked for John Hancock Life Insurance Co.
She was a communicant of St. Pius V Church and was a member of Our Lady’s Sodality.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Anne leaves a son Kevin P. Maguire and his wife Terri of Nahant, a daughter Mary Ellen Dineen and her husband Kevin of Nantucket, five grandchildren John P. Maguire, Owen T. Maguire, Riley E. Maguire, Grace J. Dineen and Hannah R. Dineen, and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Timothy J. Maguire and the sister of the late John Hogan, Margaret Sheridan and Helen Hogan.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8 AM from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St., Lynn. Funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church, Lynn at 9 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting hours Tuesday 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Timothy J. Maguire Endowment Fund, St. Pius V School, 28 Bowler Street, Lynn, MA 01904.
