Carol Norma Roche

Carol Norma (Sharib) Roche, 81, of Lynnfield, Mass passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2021, in Redding, Ca with her family. She was the loving wife of the late Roland “Ron” Roche, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage. Carol was born July 9, 1940, in Boston, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of the late Michael M. and Emma (Destefano) Sharib growing up in Revere and Lynn.

Carol was a graduate of Lynn English High School, class of 1959, where she excelled in tap dance, sculpture, and typing. Carol was a resident of Lynn and Lynnfield for many years before moving to California in 2020. Carol worked as a bank manager in one of the top financial institutions until her retirement. In addition, she was a parishioner of Saint Pius V Church, where she volunteered in the rectory center.

Carol is survived by her devoted children, Robin Rawlins, Paul Vegnani of California, Troy Roach, and his wife, Lori of Utah. Her many cherished grandchildren, Ashlei Sheleman, Travis Vegnani, Dane Godbe, Amanda Brock, Jasmine Vegnani, Alayna Roach, and the late Joel Roach. Her loving great-grandchildren Hailey Berton, Wyatt Rawlins, and Breydon Brock. Also survived by her loving brother Daniel Sharib, wife Barbara, and son Charlie Sharib.

Friends and family are invited to attend Carol’s Funeral, held at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn, on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Her Funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius V Church, 215 Maple Street, Lynn, on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
