Christopher Daniel Corcoran

Christopher was born in Salem, son of Kevin and Debra (Marrin) Corcoran of Lynn. He was a graduate of Lynn English High School Class of 1999. He was a resident of North Easton for the past 2 years and previously resided in Lynn for most of his life.

He was currently working at the VA Boston Healthcare Systems as a Maintenance Engineer for the past 7 years.

He was a United States Marine and served during the Persian Gulf War.

He loved the time he spent with his family and friends especially taking his daughter for walks. Chris also enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, fantasy football and fishing. He loved sports.

In addition to his mother and father, Chris is survived by his daughter Cadence Corcoran of North Easton, his fiancé Rosemarie Vo and her son Tyler McGowan of North Easton. One sister Kerri Katsos and her husband Jason of Boxford. His grandfather Henry “Hank” Marrin of Lynn, two nieces Delilah and Violet Katsos of Boxford and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was the grandson of the late Frances (LaRose) Marrin, Edward and Doris (Callahan) Corcoran.

Christopher’s funeral will be from the CUFFE-McGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Saturday at 10 AM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Pius V Church at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Friday from 3-7 PM. The family requested that donations be made to the Cadence Corcoran Fund c/o Eastern Bank 771 Salem St. Lynnfield, MA 01940. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
