Dan E. Moreau, 63, of Salem, formerly an over 30 year resident of Sylvia St. in Lynn, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016. Born in Lynn, Dan was the son of the late Eugene and Marilyn (Cunningham) Moreau. Dan was the loving father of Monique Moreau of Salem and Marcel Moreau of Portland, ME and the dear brother of Stephanie King of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his former wife, Roselyne (Benoit) Moreau of Salem.
Dan graduated from Swampscott High School and attended the Mass. Maritime Academy. He worked as a driver for several years, he also worked at Logan Airport and Suffolk Downs. .
Dan’s funeral will be held on Thursday, June 2nd at 7:00 p.m. at the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME,157 Maple St. Lynn. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will be private. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 2nd prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dan’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
