James E Glass

Born in Meadowview, VA, he was the son of the late William C. and Myrtle L. (Blevins) Glass. He had been a resident of Lynn since 1958. He enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict.

Prior to his retirement, he spent over 34 years as a mechanic for Norelco. He enjoyed traveling and trips to Foxwoods.

In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons: Chris Glass and his wife Jennifer of Peabody and Dennis Glass and his wife Penny of Virginia. He was the stepfather to Stephen Wilkinson, Jr. and his wife Dina of Lynnfield, Scott Wilkinson and his wife Angelica of MD and Cindy Burns and her husband Howard of Swampscott. He was the brother-in-law to John Ellis and his wife Doreen of NH, Fred Ellis and his wife Karen of AZ, Mary Laramie of Marblehead, Terri Livingston and his wife Anna of Lynn, and Rosemarie Johnson of Saugus. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was brother in law of the late Joseph and Howard Ellis.

His Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Thursday at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 9 AM. Relatives and friends invited.
