Jane L. Harvey

Born in Lynn, Jane was the daughter of the late A. Raymond and M. Louise (Boyton) Beaver. She attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of Lynn English High School Class of 1958. She resided in Lynn her entire life before moving to Peabody 17 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, she was a nurse’s aide for over 30 years at the former Liberty Pavilion Nursing Home (now known as Brentwood Nursing Home).

In earlier years, Jane was very involved in the Girl Scouts of America as a child and later as a parent. She was a lifelong Bruins and Patriots fan and also had a great passion for unicorns.

She leaves three sons: Brian Harvey of Lynn, Todd Harvey and his partner Natasha Manolagas of Swampscott and Scott Harvey of Peabody. She was the Grandmother to Alexander Harvey and Brianna Reynolds. She was the sister of Susan Angelis of New Mexico. She was predeceased by her daughter, Karen L. Hammond.

Jane’s Memorial Service will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery. Memorial Visitation on Thursday from 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Jane’s memory may be sent to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Rd. 2nd Fl. Princeton, NJ 08540.
