

Mrs. Jean (McLeod) (Hammond) LeBlanc, age 90, of Milford, NH formerly of Lynn, died Friday evening in her home after a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter M. LeBlanc and Chester A. Hammond.
Born in Lynn, Jean was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lila (Stiles) McLeod. She attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant at the Abbott House Nursing Home.
She leaves her daughter: Kathryn Flynn and her husband Ron of Milford, NH. She was the loving Grandmother to Jason Flynn, Rachel Van Wagner and Leah Jean Martingano. She was the Great Grandmother to Nathaniel Van Wagner. Jean was the sister to Robert McLeod of Burlington and Frederick McLeod of Wakefield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Chester McLeod, Vivian (Goodrich) Bemish, Muriel Hussey, Phyllis Dullea, Geraldine Rosenberg, Beulah Lovett and Verna Harrington.
Only immediate family will attend Jean’s Graveside Service in Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston St. Lynn, MA. All family members and friends are invited to attend Jean’s Memorial Service that will be held at the River of Life Church, 9 Rt. 101A, Amherst, NH on Sunday, April 12th from 3-6PM.
