Judith M. Perry Doughty

Born in Lynn and a lifelong Lynn resident, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Doris M. (Rogers) Perry. She graduated from Pickering Junior High School and from Lynn English High School.

Judith retired from the Lynn School System after 22 years of service. She worked in the Lynn Tech, Lynn Classical, Harrington and Pickering schools. She was a member of the Lynn Retirees.

She enjoyed Bingo, and enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and Las Vegas. An animal lover, Judith donated to local animal shelters.

Judith was the mother of the late William E. Doughty, III, Jeffrey A. Doughty, and Julie Doughty. She leaves three brothers Fred Perry and his wife Vivian of CA, Leonard Perry and his wife Marguerite of Georgetown and Bruce Perry and his wife Judy of Lynn, two sisters Elaine Jordan of Hudson, FL and Dottie Johnson and her husband Linton of Danville, NH, and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held on Friday, May 10th, at 11:00 AM from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church, Lynn at Noon. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Today (Thursday) 4-7 PM.
