June Loretta Jones

Born in Lynn on July 11, 1932 to the late George W. and Loretta (Ryan) Ray. June was educated in Lynn and later worked as an Activities Director at the Harborside Nursing Home in Saugus. June was a true social butterfly who loved socializing and entertaining. In her free time she loved to dance, garden and read.

She is survived by her children Diane Jones and her husband Phillip Davis of Lynn, Deborah Blanchette of Lynn, and Ronald Sciarretta. Her loving grandchildren Robert Malo, Jr. and his wife Amy or Vermont, Victor Malo, Jordan Davis, and Jade Davis all of Lynn; and her great grandchildren, Robert Malo III, Kayla Malo and Maddie Malo.

In addition to her parents and her husband Laurence, June is predeceased by her brother William Ray.

Arrangements: Friends and family are invited to call at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St., Lynn, on Sunday, January 31st from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Her Funeral will be from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home on Monday, February 1st at 10:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Lynn. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in June’s honor may be made to American Cancer Society.
