June J. Moccia White

June was born in Everett, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Charles and Victoria (Angrisano) Moccia. She was a resident of Lynn for the past 43 years and previously resided in Everett. June was a graduate of Everett High School Class of 1949.

Prior to her marriage June worked for the former Touraine Paints for 18 years.

June was a long time communicant of Our Lady of Assumption Church. She also enjoyed doing crafts and was active with many Christmas Bazaars. June’s true devotion was being a loving wife and mother and spending time at gatherings with her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving and devoted son Leonard S. White of Lynn, 1 sister Gloria Hoyt of Stoneham and many devoted nieces, nephews and cherished friends.

She was the sister of the late Christopher Moccia, Lena Capps, Jean Mayo, Mary Szuluk Ciulla and Emma Punch.

June’s funeral will be Monday from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn, at 9:00 AM. Her Funeral Mass will be in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Lynnfield at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday for 3-7 PM. Interment will be in Willow Cemetery, Lynnfield. Gifts in her memory may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.
