Raised in Lynn, he was the son of Dorothy Shepherd.
A site supervisor at NASDI, he was passionate about his job and enjoyed the hard work it entailed. In his free time, he loved fishing and spending time with his nieces Jennifer and Jacklyn Riley of Lynn and his great-nephew, Christopher Boudreau, also of Lynn.
In addition to his wife and mother, he was the proud father of Ashley Shepherd of Lynn and is also survived by his brothers and sisters, including Larry, Jennifer, and Bonnie Shepherd.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Church, LYNN on Monday at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation with the family will be in the church prior to Mass beginning at 10:00AM.
