

Born in Lynn, Natalie was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Eleanor (Sherin) Hamilton. She attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of St. Mary’s Girls High School Class of 1936. She later graduated from the Burdett Business School Secretarial Program in 1938.
Prior to her retirement, Natalie worked for the Gregory & Reed Shoe Manufacturing Co., where she met her lifelong friend, Alice (Dolan) Sheehan. She later worked for Harry Segel, the Lynn Gas & Electric Co. and eventually operated the former Lynn Hospital Mimeograph Department.
An active and dedicated communicant of Saint John the Evangelist Parish, Natalie was the past president of the PTO and the Parish 50th Anniversary Committee. She and her husband were the first presidents of the CYO and the Couple’s Club. She was a lifetime member of Our Lady’s Sodality and a member of the Altar Guild. Natalie and Bill enjoyed traveling with their lifelong friends, Fred and Margaret Greehan to Bermuda, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Ireland and Florida.
She leaves her daughters, Maryclare Forry and her husband Jack of Lynn and Natalie R. Luby of Swampscott. She was the Grandmother of Julie Forry and her husband Andreas Grawe of Lynn and Mark Forry and his fiancé Kevin Fitzgerald of Dorchester. Great Grandmother to Liam Grawe. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Sampson, Elynor McCarthy and Walter Hamilton Jr.
Natalie’s Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday at 10:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint John the Evangelist Church, Swampscott at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Lynn. Visitation prior to Mass beginning at 9:00AM. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Natalie’s memory may be sent to the St. Vincent De Paul Society at Saint John the Evangelist Parish, 174 Humphrey St. Swampscott, MA 01907.
