Mr. Richard M. Hogan, age 74, of Lynn, died at Salem Hospital on Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Born in Lynn and a lifelong Lynn resident, he was the son of the late Leonard and Marion (Bird) Hogan. He graduated from Easter Junior High School.
He worked as a bartender at Sully’s Pub in Lynn.
Richard loved sports and spending time with his family. He wanted his friends to remember him as a loving, funny person.
He leaves his sister Rita Bucknam of Woburn, and was the uncle of Marsha Bucknam, Kevin Bucknam, Penny Bucknam, Georgia Angie, Joey Hickford and the late George Bucknam. He also leaves many great nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 12:00 PM in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street, Framingham 01701.
