Sandra A. Galland

Born in Lynn, Sandy was the daughter of John B. and Barbara (Grogan) Galland of Lynn. She was a lifelong resident of Lynn.

She formerly worked as a housekeeper at Salem Hospital.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and greatly enjoyed taking care of them as well as watching cartoons with them. She also loved roses and was an avid porcelain doll collector.

In addition to her parents, she leaves 2 brothers, John Galland of Lynn and James Galland and his partner Tiffany Simard of Lynn; and 2 sisters, Bonny Galland and her partner Russell O’Neil of Lynn and Tammie Lugo and her husband Marcial of Swampscott. She also leaves her nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, Courtney Speropoulos, Mark Galland, Cailyn O’Neil, Delilah and Serenity Lugo and Sadiejon and Wade Galland. She was the niece of James and Steven Grogan and Richard Galland and is further survived by her Grandmother, Gertrude Galland of Swampscott and her Great Aunt, Shirley Goodwin. She was the granddaughter of the late C. James and Phyllis (Goodwin) Grogan and Stanley Galland.

Sandy’s Funeral Service will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Thursday at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-7PM. Gifts in her memory may be sent to the charity of one’s choice.
