Steven R. Reed

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Richard and Mildred (Hanson) Reed. A graduate of Lynn English High School, he lived in Lynn for most of his life and also had lived in Georgia and New Hampshire.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Steven was a social worker and peer specialist and worked at Eliot Hospital in Lowell.

He was the brother of David Reed of Lynn, Michael Doyle of FL, Kathy Reed of Lowell, Andrea Brown of RI and Karen Hunter of NC, and the father of Rocco Cennami and his wife Natalie of Rochester, NH, and Jamie Stevens and her husband Harley Stevens Jr. of Sanbornville, NH. He was also the grandfather of Hailey Stevens, Harley Stevens, III, Cole Cennami of NH, Devyn Smith, Tristyn Cennami of GA and the great-granddaughter of Adryanna of GA, and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held in the Vietnam Veterans Lot, Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn, on Friday, November 22, 2019. Relatives and friends are invited and are asked to gather inside the Boston Street Gate of Pine Grove Cemetery at 9:45AM.
