Cherie Marie Welch

Cherie Marie Welch, age 91 of Lake Stevens, Washington passed away May 8, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Cherie was born to Laurence Oscar Crandall and Vivian Octavia (Bump) Crandall of Mukilteo, Washington on February 17, 1932. Cherie attended Rosehill Elementary and Everett High School. She was married to Clifford Lee Daniels from August 25, 1950 until July 13, 1971. She married Lee Laverne Welch on July 25, 1971 and was widowed on July 17, 1992. Cherie always enjoyed time with family, camping, traveling and took 19 cruises after she retired from Everett General Hospital. Cherie was preceded in death by both of her parents, and her sister June Yvonne Phelps. She is survived by her sister Jean Laverne Long, three daughters, Candie Savinski, Julie Barrans (Dave) and Cheryl Honeycutt, her grandchildren, Sherrie Bahr, Liana Honeycutt, Scott Savinski, Ryan Barrans, Kevin Barrans and Brendan Barrans and numerous great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Rd. in Lynnwood, WA 98036 on Monday, May 22, 2023 beginning at 12:00pm.
