88 years old, John was born on August 15, 1928 in Maningtree, England. He passed away on August 26, 2016 in Lynnwood, Washington. John trained in the British Royal Navy as an Air filters and Air Artificers from 1948 - 1958 on English Bases; Nothatch, Hown Bill, Shearwater and Heron. He worked on aircraft; Seafury's, Firefly's, Masquito's, Advenger's Vampire T22 and various others. He worked in aviation all his career and ended his career at Aviol. He had a 65 acre hobby farm in Paradise, Texas. During retirement he traveled the globe, on many cruise and eventually moved to Union, Washington and Green Valley, Arizona. His favorite hobbies were playing golf and watching English soccer.He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Elizabeth Chaplin in 1974. John is survived by his wife; Ann Chaplin, Sons; Robert John Chaplin and Christopher Charles Chaplin and Stepdaughter; Leigh Ann. Grandchildren; Christopher Taylor, Caleigh Ann, Lawton Brooke and Bryden Scott.
