Margaret Steele, age 76, of Puyallup Washington went into the loving arms of the Lord on Thursday, September 26, 2013. She was born May 15, 1937 and grew up in Prince Rupert, BC Canada. In 1959 she married her soul mate, James Steele, in Calgary, Alberta. The family then moved to Washington state in 1961. Margaret proudly became a U.S. citizen 42 years ago. In 1996 they moved to Yuma, AZ. Margaret & Jim were married 53 years. When Jim passed away Margaret moved to Puyallup, Wa to be closer to family. Margaret loved life and was loved by all that knew her. People were drawn to her kindness, compassion, and loving smile. She is survived by daughters Linda (Larry) Mattson, and Carol Mayfield; grandchildren Brianne, Brian and Christopher Mattson, Ashley and Nygel Mayfield.
